Fabulous location, exceptional host, great facilities, Highly recomended!
Excellent location, 2 minutes' walk from the main shopping eating area. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our group! Our host Giuseppe was amazing, always just a message away from helping us with anything we needed. Had or own very spacious parking garage, so didn't have to worry in a place where parking is at a premium.
Some double rooms lack hanging clothes space but we utilised the other rooms hanging space. Beds were okay, not as comfortable as I would normally like but I am spoiled at home, they were okay for a week but I was glad to get back into mine. Fairly normal situation here for most people I would think, don't let it put you off.

- good communication with host - big accommodation to fit 9 of us
- expensive for what it was with dated sofas and beds - lighting in the rooms could be better - some furniture was in the way

We had the best time at the villa
We came to the villa with a group of friends from all around the world and we had an amazing time. The villa had everything we needed, was spacious, is well located close to the lake and restaurants & supermarket & the ferry, WiFi worked perfect, and has multiple parking spots. The host was also super friendly. Highly recommend staying at this Villa and lake Como in general. It’s an amazing lake to visit.

Very good
Hot tub was on the cold side. Couldn’t find a temp gage to turn it up. Pillows are hard couch cushions. Need to provide real pillows

Privacy and comfort for a large group
A large number of bedrooms and bathrooms create comfort and privacy even for a large group of 15 persons!
Kitchen is slightly too small for 3 families, but it is nice to have two options with 2 large tables to dine both inside and outside on the terrase. There is a very nice private beach with pools and sunbeds nearby, but it costs extra money. Take a ride to the Park Olivelli for a free of charge option. We liked this grass beach most of all we visited in Como lake!

A great place you can call home during your stay.
A great host who takes care of you & explains everything. He lives a few houses further away and is always there to help if you would need him to. The jacuzzi, the large bedrooms and outdoors dining table are all fantastic features. It's the perfect location, everything is in walking distance, regular ferries te each corner of the lake, nearby boat rentals...
Some beds were a bit older, and thus a bit more uncomfortable than we're used to, but after all it is a rather old house. The kitchen is on the smaller size for the amount of people it should serve. The fridge in the kitchen takes a long time to get cold again, after we had it open for about 15min to stock our groceries.

Great space for groups in perfect location!
It was so conveniently situated a 2 min walk from everything you needed in Menaggio. The house had enough space for our group of 11, and the pool and hot tub were nice features to enjoy in the summer! Giuseppe was a great host, too, and even agreed to mail us some things we left behind. We really enjoyed our stay.
