Great cabin; clean, good size, comfortable bedding, and overall was well suited for our family. Staff were friendly and helpful.

New cabin - large and roomy - very helpful Management Team.

The cabin was large and very clean. The manager allowed us to leave our van on site after we booked out while we waited to board the ferry that evening.

Great reception information, had my sons dog with me, no problem to keep her there until collection

Lovely park, great view, great beach.

Nothing. BBQ facilitates we’re great, very clean.

No hot water 🙁, no concern from managers

NO hot water for a shower meant I had to book a cabin on the boat 😳 (many $$$) so I could be respectable at work meeting. I told them after checking out but no concern at all… just a thanks for telling us. I’d suggest your housemaids don’t clean showers every change if they don’t notice hot water not working 😳 A large group of free campers were also just beside the facility and it was really noisy at night.

Closeness to beach. Ample parking.

No air-conditioning. Not enough tea,coffee, milk, etc. No complimentary shampoo, etc.

Very good

Direct access to the beach. Close proximity to ferry terminal. With cancellation of ferry staff were very helpful in accommodating extra nights needed for many visitors all at once. Well done 👍

once we were in the better cabin it was quite enjoyable

the owners of the property changed our original room to a better one

our original room that we booked on entering we refused to stay because of the odour . Found out dogs stayed in that room for 3 nights. I don’t believe dogs should be allowed in cabins. ps. bed very small although it did have electric blankets

Lovely, will be back

Great location for boarding Spirit of Tasmania. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great to have pet friendly and no nonsense quiet place to stay.

Heating in the cabin, not sufficient for cold nights. A shampoo/conditioner and face washer would have been a nice thing to have.

Perfect location. Clean, comfortable.

We booked a cabin with a queen sized bed. The cabin they gave us only had a double bed. Luckily we arrived quite early, so the staff changed us to a cabin with a queen sized bed.
