Clean room and very comfortable beds, staff were friendly. The room was well equipped with tea, coffee biscuits etc….
Although we had a private bathroom we had to leave the bedroom to get to it, which wasn’t ideal on my own with two children.
Shower was rather very hot or cold.

Everything ! The team were amazing and friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Highly recommend and would go back if in the area again.

Location was perfect for an early morning pick up at Top O Town carpark.
Apart from a leaky toilet, which was fixed during our stay, there was nothing we disliked.

Comfort of the bed, provided few perks for breakfast, towels provided. Location was good, next to city centre
Bathroom was a bit old and old fashioned, it was also outside the room
