Ambience, open space, large rooms, good food , warm staff
May be it can be better maintained in terms of shine like palace.

Room size and the fact that staff tried to be hospitable especially Kripal.
Housekeeping was bad. Cleanliness was not there. Sofas were stained. They could have used throws. Linen did not give the fresh look.
