- The area of the hotel is really nice and well kept
- The staff are friendly and helpfull
- The wellness area also amazing! It's a really great place for a weekend gateway when you don't want to do anything
- Close by to the delhaize and just within walking distance to the centrum area to find restaurant
- Parking is big so you don't have to worry
The bed is a bit hard and the hair dryer was not working. But other than that I had a great time during my stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Azur en Ardenne! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a great bed and bathroom. We especially loved being on the ground floor, with the possibility to open the windows and enjoy the fresh air and nature. The wellness area was amazing, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway while being close to Durbuy and the surrounding area. The staff was very professional and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, rich and offered a great variety of options. Dinner was also very good, and the parking was a big plus. Perfect for couples, families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay in nature. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful quiet location. Easily accessible & very clean . Staff very helpful.nice big room & bathroom. Good selection for breakfast & good food available for lunch & dinner.
Location of bedside plug. It was under the drawer , very low & difficult for me to access.

All in all not a bad hotel, it is just nothing impressive. Staff do speak a bit of Dutch and English, which was helpful.
The room wasn't very clean, the sink clogged very easily. The shower was a bit broken, same as the painting and some lights inside. The shampoo and the soap were very bad and hair damaging. The spa was okies but nothing wow. The hamam doesn't work, and there is no shampoo nor warm water to shower there. The area is fairly loud but that's to be more blamed on guests. Breakfast was horrible, too few choices (literally no veggies) and no refilling. So if you like us love to sleep a bit and come eat around 9, then half of the stuff would be already gone.
