Location was great, really central in Durbuy and the room was comfortable with a nice bed and a lot of space.
Staff did not speak English which made communication uncomfortable. Side door to the hotel going directly on to our floor was open during the day, which felt a bit off. Compared to other hotels we booked in this holiday, it was quite expensive.

Exceptional breakfast and very friendly staff and personnel at the Hotel. Very flexible and friendly waiter at the resturant and ready to tailor their menu to your preference. Helped me practice my french. Amazing work

They have a super good view overlooking the Castle.
Appreciate the water, the lemon sparkling water, and the tiny chocolates.
The separated bathroom and toilet was clean and looked new.
Temp parking for baggage drop-off is available. It’s on the side of the road next to the hotel up the road on the right. We did not see signs though. Anyway, we kept the car parked at Topiary car park. €9 per entry.
Communication was difficult as the reception did not speak English and alleen een beetje Nederlands! We do not speak French unfortunately!

Location perfect, in the middle of old city. Big bed. Beautiful view for old town and castle.
The room was decent, but it had almost no lighting—only the reading lamps next to the bed. One of the lamps didn’t even have a bulb. The water in the shower one day it was lukewarm, the next day it was cold.
The swimming pool facilities are old, and overall the hotel feels outdated, except for the lobby and dining.
Breakfast offered a poor selection, and the staff didn’t replenish items—for example, when the croissants ran out, they were not refilled, even though there was still an hour left before breakfast ended.
