mabilis mahanap ang lokasyon, maganda ang serbisyo pati ang CR, mababait ang mga staff.
medyo maingay lang dahil nasa tabi ng kalsada, maganda sana ang kabuuan pero di kasi functional ang mga amenities dahil din siguro sa konti lang ang guest, maganda ang lugar at mag enjoy ka sa mala forest na kapaligiran.

I liked the filipino breakfast, the location was great. My only dissatisfaction was that there was no hot water in the shower
and the shower head water exit was very weak. Other than that it was great!

the location and amenities
the accomodations.needs updating.showers are very old and not functioning properly..sink basin and toilets feels like going to fall off.loose and moving.door locks are malfuntioning.called maintenance few times.

We liked the size of the rooms and the surroundings. The Christmas Village was a hit for the kids. The food was decent.
Speed of room service has to improve. Felt bad for the Staff, they seem to lack training when it comes to handling special cases like extension of stay or modified bookings. My cousins went through an ordeal to get back to their room. A "know-it-all" manager is missing to support staff decision making.
The showers have very low pressure. Some rooms had close to no hot water at all.
Since it's december it was quite cold so we were not able to enjoy the pools. I guess it's better to stay in the hotel during the summer time.
