I loved the warm welcoming experience, being immersed in nature, the amazing food and very friendly and helpful staff. The game drives were incredible and our guide (Trevor)was very knowledgable and full of smiles.

Amazing selection of food for each meal; with specific meals catered for my young children
Outside pool not heated and children couldn't use the warm pool in the spa as they were under 16 years old.

Everything was amazing, breathtaking place, heavenly… Food choice was 5* … The night and morning safari were amazing saw the big five x Truly amazing experience 10/10

The cottage with the outlook to the game reserve was fab, including an outdoor shower. Lots of space . The safari was excellent with knowledgable guide. Spa facilities and treatments were great and good value for money.
The buffet evening meal set up was really poor, for an exclusive 5 star hotel. There should be some form of a la carte facility. Definitely missing a truck here. The buffet food was always only like warm. Staff in the restaurant were inattentive and not proactive ( seemed to lack manager coordination). The bar upstairs poorly utilised , surely some form of entertainment would improve utilisation and generate an atmosphere and stop it feeling soulless.
