Very clean and comfortable
Just some suggestions for room - Lighting in bathroom needs to be brighter and full length mirror would be useful.

The staff are exceptional; not only competent but very pleasant & customer orientated. The culture appears to foster multi skilling as I witnessed the same individuals performing a variety of tasks.
The modern design which facilitates maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
Easy access to dining area.
Our room that was near the large tree with fairy lights, was a bit noisy until about 10:00pm (I think). It was only a problem when we wanted to get a good night's sleep in readiness for a 5:00am departure.
The parking was perhaps not as secure as desired but was declared as such up front.
We would have appreciated utensils to permit a light breakfast (cereal) on the day we checked out at 5:00am

This is my second time staying here and it’s super cosy, love the decor, the convenience of the bar and restaurant downstairs, the complimentary breakfast and more. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in town.
