Conveniently located and exceptionally clean with friendly staff.

Convenient location within easy access to major shopping centres. The premises were exceptionally clean and very friendly owner/managers

Comfortable, clean, accessible to shops and whatever the family needs. Managers on site were very helpful and lovely.

There wasn't anything to not like about Aspley Sunset.

Lovely couple greeted me well ..

It was very clean ..

My double bed had a turned over mattress on it very plastic in sound and real hard so I slept in the very comfortable single bed luckily it was only me there for the 2 nights I stayed ..

The water was disgusting. One tap only in the bathroom. Hot water worked when it wanted. The tea and coffee was undrinkable.

good value for Brisbane.

the couple who owns and operates the motel is very kind and helpful. upgraded us to a larger room away from the noisy street. it was clean, comfortable and had a microwave, kettle, toaster and cutlery and dishes, allowing us to have breakfast before heading out for the day.

a bit far from the centre and on a noisy road.

Always enjoy staying at this motel, owners are also very friendly and helpful.

Motel is located with proximity to a lot of places that we frequent, especially visiting friends and family. Also close to shops, restaurants and beaches ( Sandgate )

A good three star motel in Aspley

The location in Aspley was perfect for my needs. There are also abundant restaurants, cafes and shops within easy walking distance too.

Conveniently located along corner of Gympie Rd, but for a busy road the motel is very quiet. Our room was immaculate, very well maintained. Owners very friendly and obviously put in a lot of time to keep the property looking fresh.

Exactly where we needed to be for our 1 night stay , the bed was very comfy

The Management Team where very helpful and the motel room was well maintained We drove to the entertainment centre in 10 minutes

This venue is very good value for money, and I will stay here again on my next trip to Brisbane.

Convenient location, friendly hosts, off road parking, nice to have a back door to a private garden. (I did not sit in the garden (due to proximity to the road), but it was nice to have a door to open for air flow. There is a pool onsite, but I did not have time to try it out.

There was a full ash tray on the table in the back garden area.

Great overnight location. Friendly manager. Extremely clean which is very important to us.

The location is great close to everything. The manager was lovely nothing was too much trouble for him.

unfortunately the bed was a bit hard and the pillows.

Great space, comfortable bed and parking!

We had everything we needed, and were so comfortable, we'll definitely come back when visiting Brisbane.

We have no complaints really, we're not used to the car noises from the road because we live in a rural area.
