The reception service was excellent as was the restaurant service. Room was clean and had evrything you would expect. The restaurant is very pleasant and the meals were excellent. Very nice surroundings and pool.

Our stay for one night was fine. The motel is a little out dated but we found it clean and well equipped. We understood that there was a restaurant but it was open only for either a continental or a full breakfast at more than we wanted to pay. We thought that we could order something simple Ike toast and coffee but we couldn’t so we had to find somewhere else to eat.

Convenient to Sandgate & Airport for my trip. The staff were lovely. The restaurant catered for a special request i had for a light dinner. The room was spacious however the air conditioner im my room was noisy.

We had a one night stay on new years eve as we were flying out of Brisbane New Years Day. The room had obviously been shut up before we arrived as it was super hot when we opened the door. Lucky for the aircon. It was an ok stay, nothing to rave about, a bit dated. And it was unfortunate the restaurant was closed over the xmas/new year period. We asked for a late checkout but they were only able to give us till 10.30 so it was lucky we had family who were able to pick us up to spend the day with them.

The pool could have used a clean. I know it’s an outdoor pool and expect some debri but it was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned after a storm the previous night. Just a minor niggle. Overall loved the stay and will definitely stay again

Staff were great and accomodating. Room was a great size with two chairs and room for your suitcases without having to use an ironing board for one of your suitcases. There was a pool (though it had plenty of leaves floating on surface) and restaurant in the complex…both were great!

Very safe location, the only thing i would consider changing is the office layout in the front office not really ergonomically friendly, i would also place fly screens on the doors and windows for natural air flow, as the rooms get very hot, especially for the bathrooms they look like hospital windows- poor ventilation in rooms.

I would have given 5 stars except we were woken on Sunday morning at 8am by the noise of a leaf blower & heavy rubbish being thrown into a truck right outside our window. Sunday Morning????? The bathroom could do with a new door. Overall I would have said an okay place to stay.

My husband and I have stayed here many times. Consistent, comfy, good price, easy free parking, close to airport, entertainment centre and other conveniences. Some rooms have minor maintenance issues but, hygienically clean, large comfy bed and friendly staff that are happy to accommodate requests where available.

Steep stairs and difficult to carry luggage up to unit. Inside unit there was an unsafe slope from the bathroom to the carpet area. Also difficult to access the shower having to climb over the bath sides with no hand rails to assist. Motel looked really old and tired with uneven pavers, unkept gardens etc.

This is a basic motel for corporate travel and/or airport transit. It’s in a suburban area well away from Brisbane centre but close to the airport. Grounds and rooms are spacious and very pleasant.
