The grill area, pool, and laundry facilities were nice.
Location was terrible, nothing around it with a trailer park feel to it. We had booked a room with a kitchen but when we arrived they put us with one without and did not help to fix it.

The motel was easy to find as the accommodation was pretty much at the front of the complex. It was clean and basic and was ok for an overnight stay. Aircon was good. I liked being able to park at no extra cost, and simple enough to check in after hours by accessing you key in a secure lock box.
Road noise was a bit loud, and it was a little confusing prior to check in as you get a text message asking you to complete the online check in and sign the acceptance criteria, I selected the link reluctantly and it took to me a website, but indicated I hadn't paid, where in fact I had paid, via a third party booking site. I replied to the text message and go not response. So left it, then got another sms a day later about checking in after hours. So I had to ring them to validate the text messages feeling it was fraudulent. I think that process needs to be clearer, or perhaps the third party websites updated to explain this, or an email explaining their process might help letting you know a text message will be sent, rather than just getting a text message.

Pretty much everything. The little seating area out the back was very private and relaxing. The room was big enough and the pool was very pleasant.
Bathroom was small but adequate. Coffee supplied wasn't flash.

It was very clean
The bed springs could be felt through the mattress. The shower tap was hard to turn off. There was no hot water at all. We arrived back at our room about 11:30pm and thought that the hot water systems should have had a chance to heat up again. The towel rack fell off its tracks. There was only half a roll of toilet paper. The paper was the one you need quite a bit to wipe comfortably. Our garden view room was the back of other rooms in the park. The lady behind the counter was outside when we arrived. But she was pleasant.

The reception staff was pleasant
The premises was old, tired and dirty. The linen was old and smelly. The unit was really really noisy from people above, lots of random teenagers wandering about at 3am, did not feel safe.

Need new beds, unfortunately the wheel had fallen off the bottom of my bed and I tried to fix it. Mattresses were old, apart from that it was good

Nothing,on our first night we thought of the noise from yhe main road, but it was OK later.

Roominess
This is a place for permanent residents. It shouldn't be in the business of overnight rentals. Staff attitudes reflect these last two sentences. I had to wait over an hour for my room to be cleaned and made ready - even though I had requested, and been approved for, an earlier than 2pm check in.

pillows were too hard so you couldn’t get a proper rest, very noise around the accommodation from other people staying there late at night and early morning

Good location for our needs. Plenty of parking spaces.
The very poor WiFi, the dried blood on the duvet cover and the tired and worn appearance of the unit. Paper thin walls - could hear people talking in adjoining room. The bed was uncomfortable - cheap mattress, cheap pillows and cheap linen. Everything very basic and dated.

I liked everything from the rooms the cabin to the location. Not to far from our event or shopping centres. Good communication with reception for late check in.
Tv in the lounge was too small. There was no paper with rules and instructions etc in my after hours welcome pack just and envelope with keys in it and a map on the back. Couldn't tell what was what on the envelope for the Wi fi as there was no instructions given. It would of been nice if the pool was in the middle of the place so it's easier for everyone to access. Besides those couple things me and my friends really enjoyed our stay.
