The bathroom was excellent and well provided with toiletries, towels etc. Tea-making facilities were adequate.
Position of television adjacent to the only window capable of being opened. However, the room space did not allow for the television to be placed elsewhere.

Staff very helpful when we had issues with Tv & aircon - sorted immediately
Food very good at hotel restaurant

Bathroom door didn’t close properly & needed oil on hinges

Amenities in the room were great (fridge, kettle, microwave)
The room was in need of maintenance (loose tiles in the bathroom and damage by the bedroom windows)
There were ants in the room (on my pillow)
No ventilation in the bathroom which was concerning as there was a hefty fine for setting off the smoke detectors
Toilet didn't flush well
