Needs to improve.

1) Bathroom slope and wet dry separation is very bad. Water flowed down the floor and wet my clothes. 2) Ordered in room dining. The staff forgot my order and then reacted within 5 minutes after I called to remind. No apology. I lost 2 hours of precious sleep as I had an early morning flight.

Wonderful 😊

All stay credit goes to Mr. Anand from front desk, made our stay at Fairfield by Marriott Awasome, Helped me a lot during the stay. Awasome leadership, courteous behaviour and helping attitude made our day.

It was clean and the buffet breakfast was very nice with a good spread.

The staff response was not good . There wasnt enough staff for service . The key card for the room was not working . The in room phone was not working , had to come down to reception to place food order . There was no valet parking .

Exceptional

Staffs were really kind and helpful. Special thanks to Ashish Sinha, Amit Bhambri and Manisha Kori.I had lost my phone in the cab and was really difficult to get it back. But they helped us to retrieve back as soon as possible. Also made sure we reached the airport in time by arranging a cab in the middle of the night. Huge thanks to all the staffs for their help and support. Would love to visit again.

Staffs were really kind and helpful. Special thanks to Ashish Sinha, Amit Bhambri and Manisha. My sister had lost her cell phone in the local cab and they helped us to retrieve it back as soon as possible. Also made sure that we reach airport in time by arranging cab. Huge thanks to all the staff members for their help and support.

Cleanliness and early check-in

Price is too much for provided quality. Customer service was not good. Breakfast was poor. Hotel was far away from Amanora, 1 hr way due to heavy traffic especially after 5 o'clock. There is nothing good around the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay considering both quality and pricing, there are much better options

Does not live up to Marriott standards at all. Bathroom has no handshower & is very basic. Had to request for tea sugar sachets not replenished. No resting room for driver

Great stay at a very central location with great service

The staff was super friendly. Especially the housekeeping manager Mr. Deepak!

The design is not as modern as some of the Fairfield (e.g. at Mumbai Airport)

Overall, we had a comfortable and peaceful stay at the Fairfield.

The hotel offers a good spread at the breakfast buffet. We were there for two days, and the menu was different on both days. The staff are also very helpful in suggesting options, that you might not see on the buffet table!

The pillows in the room could definitely do with an upgrade. The pillows seemed deflated and were uncomfortable. For a property of this standing, the quality of pillows could definitely do with an improvement.
