Great hotel

Clean well-designed hotel, minutes from metro station. Very good breakfast.

Exceptional

The hotel is about 150 from the underground Station and is in a silen area. Easy to get anywhere in Paris and to Versailles by public transport. Rooms are large enough beds are confortable. Abszolutely clean everything, very good breakfast. I definitely will come back.

Great stay! Even greater staff!

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The shower was fantastic, with excellent water pressure and great temperature regulation. Extremely close to metro line 12 which takes you to the centre of Paris in about 10 minutes.

Soundproofing could be improved a little bit. The black walls need repainting from guests bumping their suitcases into them. If there were more plugs next to the beds it would be perfect.

Good location but cleanliness and comfort could be vastly improved

Decent sized room, good rainfall shower, hot water started fast, good lighting options. USB ports next to the bed. Easy to use safe in the room, rack space to hang clothes. Great location, only a short walk from the nearest metro and shops and restaurants. Stayed here for the convention center and it was easy to get to.

There were ants in one corner of the room. The air conditioning was very weak, I turned it up to max but could barely feel it. One night the air conditioning also started leaking water and there was a puddle in the carpet. The material of the bed seemed to trap heat too well, I kept waking up feeling damp, having to change sides of the bed, constantly had to toss and turn. Might be good for winter, but was very uncomfortable during the heatwave in the summer.

Exceptional

The nearest metro station is 1min away, so in 30min you can be pretty central. What's more is that it is very clean and the breakfast provided is satisfying. Overall my experience there was very good and even though it's far away from the tourist part, the proximity to a metro station makes it a great option for your stay.

Overall a great weekend with friendly staff and good quality.

The location was great, within 20 minutes of the convention center, which was what we we‘re looking for.

The breakfast could have a bit more variety and options. Otherwise it was good.

Highly recommend

- Perfect location close to the metro station, cafes and restaurants, but still a quiet area - Amazing breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice, diary free alternative milk and yoghurt, bio loose leaf delicious teas, raw eggs (no 1) you can boil yourself however you want, sweet pastry, cake, fresh bread, crepes, salty cheeses and ham, fruits etc - clean, spacious room with window

Breakfast could have included some greens (cucumber, salad, tomatoes or anything like that) and some more vegetarian options (there was only plain cheese - could be improved with brie/camembert and humus f.e.). Room was also very small - not sure if really value for money.

Perfect budget hotel near metro station in Paris. Clean, cosy, nice room. Continental breakfast was ok. Very polite and professional stuff. Safe location in Paris.

The location was great. It was very close to the metro station so it was easy to access the city center. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and met our needs. The breakfast was also good.

So and so..

Room was clean. Size of the room and bathroom is ok. Hotel is very close to metro station but travel time for tourist attractions is quite long. There are restaurants, bakery, supermarkets close by.

My room was not ready for check-in time. There is no kettle in the room, but you can get the hot water from the reception. I found this a bit annoying. It is far from Paris tourist attractions. I booked a single room for 4 nights, and for the last night, our plans changed so my husband joined me one day earlier. I asked reception whether he can stay with me in my room or can we change to double room with paying the difference between room rates. They did not allow and asked for full price of the double room as well. Hotel rules etc.. So we changed the hotel.
