The location was very convenient near the restaurants and the beach. Nice pool to swim in and a lot of privacy.
We stayed for five nights, and the villa was only cleaned once, which was surprising as daily cleaning was included in the price. I also asked for pool towels, but unfortunately never received them.
Overall, I think the villa itself is very nice, but I would have expected a much better level of service, especially considering the price we paid.

We absolutely loved the location of Beach Villa S; the beach is practically on the doorstep, which was fantastic. There are great restaurants and shops nearby. The pool was a highlight as well as the hammocks. It was also brilliant having three bathrooms when travelling as a family, and the air conditioning worked really well. We really appreciated the daily gardener and pool maintenance too, which kept the outside areas looking lovely. There is an additional outdoor pool/beach shower and toilet which was handy.
Overall, the fabulous location, being so close to the beach, the pool, three bathrooms and effective air conditioning were all big positives. and we had a very relaxing stay. With a little more attention to cleaning, maintenance and some of the smaller details, it could very easily be an exceptional place to stay.
The villa itself could do with a little more attention to detail. We weren’t keen on the 100% polyester bed linen, particularly in such a warm climate, and the bathrooms didn’t feel as thoroughly cleaned as we would have expected, with lots of water/drip marks on the sinks, taps and shower screens. The showerheads could do with replacing or being deep cleaned. There was also quite a bit of rust around the kitchen sink and fridge.
One evening (Wednesday?), the music from the Banana Beach Club went until 12 midnight/1am. From previous reviews and checking their social media, we were expecting it to stop at 10pm which is perfectly fine but on this particular occasion it continued and was rather loud so bring earplugs in case. It sounded like it would have been great fun if you were in attendance but hard to sleep if staying nearby. All other nights were very peaceful.
Whilst we loved the having a daily cleaner, communication was sometimes quite difficult/non-existent. We appreciated that there was a language barrier, but even allowing for this it was sometimes hard to communicate what was needed so we didn't interact too much. For example, we initially had four beach towels but after they were changed we were left with only two.
Having said all this, we really did have a brilliant time but just wanted to set expectation that the place has a rustic charm particularly the kitchen area. Despite the above comments, it was still very comfortable and relaxing place to stay, all the family loved it and would recommend!
