Location and ability to park the car before the check-in. It is very close to the Sainokawara park. And short distance from Yubatake. The Japanese breakfast was really good.
We stayed at Pedalo and it is not connected to the rest of the hotel. We had to take our luggage on our own down and up the hill walking on the street.

All the details of the property were so considered and it is a lovely design.
The onsen was wonderful. Having never experienced one before, this was a great introduction.
The staff were so attentive.
I would have loved a little more room with three teenagers but it was surprisingly comfortable given the small space.

We arrived and the staff was very welcoming.
All the facilities were clean.
We stayed in the small house outside the main hotel and all was quite new and well maintained.
We told the hotel that we prefer the breakfast to be vegetarian- and they really kindly offered us to have it in the art coffee - saying there are salads, toasts and more options.
In reality - the breakfast we’ve got was pretty embarrassing, with one piece of bread and butter aside, and small cup of “salad” with one cherry tomato and a bit of lettuce.
We know that they meant for the best, but the experience wasn’t good.
I am sure that in the hotel itself the experience would be better.
The outside housing place is not comfortable for staying, because the shared space outside the rooms is not comfortable and the lobby of the hotel is also pretty far. It feels like an AirBNB but the property is not yours to use.
