Spacious apartment with great city views and well located close to lots of things one wants to see in Yerevan
The address given is 7/1 Yandaban Street which is very easy to find but it is not the way into the property!
We stayed in a nicer period apartment just one block away for €30 less.
Features the better, cheaper stay has which this place does not include-a dining table, tea towel, cutting board, kitchen light, bedside lamp(s), curtains which cover the windows.
All these are fairly minor but for the price we expected more.
Lastly, a simple WhatsApp video or even a couple of photos showing how to access the apartment would be VERY helpful- which the cheaper apartment did nicely!

Location was excellent and apartment was spacious and owner company was helpful when needed
They haven’t invested much in the apartment. They provided us only one toilet paper for 4 people. The sheets and blankets were too small even for the single beds. The booking.com price was 633€ but they asked us 650€ and only in cash. They referred to random Armenian websites of currency exchange rates. They had sent a very rude guy who didn’t even speak a single word in English. Of course there was no receipt.

The location was amazing. We checked-in 2 hours earlier and after check-out they kept our Luggage for 10 hours because our flight was in 23:30 pm. Fair free packages for one time use in the apartment.
1 of the air conditions did not work and they told us they gonna fix it soon but they did not,

The location is not as advertised. When we about to arrived they message and informed the exact location. Someone met us at advertised location and droves us to real location. But got huge apartment for 2 of us about 1 km away. apartment floor not so clean, if we not wear hotel shoes our bare foot turn black.
The location is not as advertised. They advertised the office location. They only will inform when the booking already non-refundable
