The location is between the beach road and only 100yards to the sand and the other side across the road is 7Eleven and a market with everything you need between them. The staff are helpful, the room is as described with fridge, aircon and bathroom. Breakfast was superb, from cereal, fresh fruit, Thai noodle soup and hotdogs with egg.
The WiFi on site was extremely slow, but thats a modern day problem.

The location is good, easy to find where to eat. Beachfront. Good breakfast
The cleanness of the property is poor. Towels, blankets was quite dirty. I was allergic from the bedbugs.
