The location is very convenient, close to Darbaar Sahib. The breakfast was good, and the staff were kind, polite, and friendly in their communication. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Staff seemed unable to manage the guests properly, especially during breakfast, when things often became chaotic and poorly organised.
Our main concern was the room. It felt more like a storeroom than a proper guest room. The size was extremely small, cramped, and poorly planned, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom also needs significant improvement and renovation.
Overall, the location and staff were good, but room comfort, space management, and breakfast arrangements need considerable improvement.

Location, cleaning staff were lovely, and catered to all our needs. Rooney was small, with limited mirrors.
Billing/reception staff made serious errors with billing and had i not picked up these then I would have been out of pocket, school boy errors blaming the system. When i callenged and refused the pay, i was made to look the bad guy. Or was it a scam????
