THE STAFF IS THE GREATEST!!! Saurav, Sandip and all the others that I don't know their names. Saurav really went above and beyond to help me in everything he could and as much as he could, I can say that the others are also as helpful, sweet and caring, they really deserve all our gratitude and respect for all their hard work, everyday and at all times. I wish them lots of success in their endeavors as they are such a beautiful team, making the guests feel very well looked after. The restaurant and food they offer are also very good, highly recommend.
My room was on the 4th floor, that was difficult for me, but the property is such a nice, welcoming and home like place that there was nothing really that I didn't like. I will always have the fondest memories of my stay in that hotel, I even made good friends there, really special hotel. Thank you!!! NAMASTE

I liked that it was quite but central. The room was clean and the staff were polite.
Maybe a bit more knowledge for tourists about data and sim for Nepal and where and how to get the trekking permit for people organising it themselves.
