We booked primarily for access to the lovely pool, in a 19hr layover between Mexico City and Sydney. Unfortunately it was cold in Santiago when we arrived and we didn't use the pool. However, the bed was comfortable and we were made to feel welcome. There are lots of nearby restaurants and bars to keep you entertained.

Building itself is nice and the space for work or doing your things
Location, the beds is sooooooooo bad specially if you stay upstairs, it is worse bed I ever had.
