Quiet location, great view, free parking, helpful and responsive host. Very clean.
Bed was hard and not very comfortable, 113 steps to access property making it unsuitable for people with impaired mobility or low fitness, expecially if carrying heavy luggage.

The property was well-equipped with a stove, fridge, and washer. It had a beautiful view over the Amalfi Coast on the patio.
The property is a bit hard to get to, but the hosts are very helpful in navigating the area!

Luigi is very hospitable and his welcome was very warm and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay in his Villa Matilde. He gave us advise where to go, what to eat and brought us their - very famous and delicious - lemons. Villa is close to Amalfi and Ravello and has everything that enables pleasant stay. To put it shortly we will come back again.

Our stay at villa matilde Amalfi topped our expectations. The villa itself is super charming and colorful. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Because we arrived late at night made sure to serve us breakfast for the morning (which was very thoughtful!) and our host helped us with all our transportation questions in regards to Amalfi. The best of the best is obviously the view. The view from the villa was breathtaking and every morning felt like paradise. Such a dreamy scenery. Luigi, our host was extremly warm, welcome and helpful with EVERYTHING. If we had any questions he always was quick to help. He made sure we would make the best of our stay and helped make our stay even better. Would 100% recommend! Absolutley gorgeous & charming villa with a breathtaking view and a great & caring host!

The appartment is very Nice. Its clean and the view is briliant. We did visit the appartment with our daughter (1 Year). You can use your balcony or the garden. The host is super nice and friendly. We did park our car close to the appartment, but there are Some stairs to the appartment.

We had a wonderful time and can only recommend staying there! Luigi and his family are super friendly, awesome hosts and you can ask them anything about the region! We will definitely return one day.

We are a familly of 4 and we really enjoyed our week in villa Matilde.
We did appreciate having this amazing sea view from the two terraces in a quiet place.
The appartment is really clean and well equipped.
Moreover, our host Luigi help us to have a wonderfull stay, thanks to his kindness and all the tips and advises he shared with us.

Luigi, the host, is a very kind. He helped us with the luggage on the stairs(between parking and vila, aprox 150m). And he gave us any information we asked for.
There is no street noise. Quiet villa. The kitchen is equipped. They have a dedicated refrigerator for wines.
You need the car to access this location. The bus does not exist. In 3 days we didn t see him. The view is not exactly as in the picture.

Newly renovated apartment with beautiful sea view,very clean and comfortable. Parking is no problem. Very nice and helpful host.
Take a little walk to the apartment from the car park . The host helped us to carry our luggage that really helps a lot.

Luigi was an amazing host, informative and helpful. He was available 24/7 for questions. Perfect location as away from the main centre. Take a car as it’s located at top of a very windy hill. Drive around Amalfi with your mirrors in! Accommodation was perfect for a family of 4. Amazing views, very clean and tidy. There are steps from the parking to the house. Would definitely stay again. Perfect location for exploring all of Amalfi Coast from Sorrento to Salerno.
