Location, beds very comfortable, great pool area, lots of sunbeds. Room servicing excellent. Reception staff lovely. Most hotel staff lovely and friendly. Book library. Fridge in room and air conditioning. Assistance when required. Seating areas, games, pool showers and toilets. Good choice for breakfast if down early. Happy hour for cocktails. We arrived very early in morning but hotel had room ready for us as per special request. This was a Godsend due to my daughter's disability. Close to beach, just across the road and down steps. Good shops and supermarkets nearby. Any issues sorted quickly as we had problems with our key cards several times.

Supposed to be a no smoking hotel yet at pool area people smoking and we had to move as I have asthma triggered by smoke. Breakfast under staffed so felt for staff having to cater to so many. Buffet choice excellent but if you were a late riser some items not restocked. Gluten free option was a roll and muffin, no choice of muffin, and due to being understaffed had to wait a long time to get it and sometimes forgotten about due to how busy staff were. No gluten free cereals. €15 a bit pricey if staying 2 weeks especially if you couldn't take fruit, bun away for later. Can't fill water bottles. Walk to station is up a steep hill so not suitable for anyone with medical conditions. Have to pay for safe in room. No available drinking water machine and water jug at reception was always warm. Have to pay for glass of ice. Sunbeds not comfortable and pool area and toilets need cleaned in afternoon due to guests who don't care about the mess they make. Loud music played at pool area. Ramp to beach across the road from hotel is very steep and uneven for anyone with a disability. Path up to train station the same.

Next to a busy dual carriageway and the bedroom was tired looking.
