Apartment was clean, modern, in a quiet location and suited our family of 4 and a newborn perfectly.
We couldn't work out how to get the aircon temp to a cooler setting, so sleeping in a warmish room was tricky for some of us.

The location was good.
The Lorikeet Tree Top House is very dated. The furniture is old and has seen better days. The kitchen was NOT clean and it there was visible fatty residue all over the worktops. When I wiped the surfaces the kitchen paper was yellow and brown! The kitchen utensils were also not clean and several coffee cups had coffee rings in them. The kitchen is also very cluttered with utensils that belongs in a bin. The large wooden chopping board was filthy. Several of the window blinds weren’t working properly. The air conditioning system upstairs works when it wants to! The small bathroom smelled! Generally the decor and the overall feel was tired, dirty and very dated! Did not like it at all!
