Very basic furniture and plain surroundings but the beds were comfortable

Responses were timely however I ended up receiving 6 emails and only after microscopic investigation, did I find the single, well hidden sentence advising that I needed to see the reception for the accommodation. This was located at another building several hundred metres away.
If that direction was more prominent, I would have been a lot less frustrated looking for a lock box to use the 4 digit code to access it.
Please have that direction at the front/top of the email reservation confirmation.
