Great location

The location was good and since it was a festival weekend it was very busy. The ocean view from the 12th floor was spectacular!

satisfaction but probably won’t return.

The location is central; we stayed on the fourteenth floor, overlooking the sea.

At night, believe it or not, a number of kids drag race their sports cars along the road outside the hotel. For the life of me, I cannot understand why the hotel management doesn’t appeal to the police to make this stop. in addition, the heating system is quite noisy and wakes you up at night when it kicks in.

A good location but with rock-like mattresses.

Amazing location

The mattress was hard like a stone. My friend and I slept horribly. It felt like sleeping on the floor. You would never expect it from a 4 stars hotel. The toilet paper was like sanding paper. Way cheaper quality than Daiso’s toilet paper. The hotel’s water park was directly out of a dystopian movie, super dirty and abandoned. Algae everywhere. I was shocked.

air condition in the room not working ..it became a heater and they can not fix .. we need to open window for all the night.

Better than Haeundae beach

The location was superb. Access to the entire beach, tons restaurants, and pubs within walking distance. The beach just across the street where they offer stand up paddle boarding and a night market with handmade souvenirs. There was an incredible view of the entire beach which would be perfect for the weekend drone light shows. The room was clean and spacious with a king and twin sized bed and floor to ceiling windows. Staff was friendly and stored our luggage for free after check out. I did not use the facilities, but a Korean sauna and pool are available and guests get 50% off tickets. There is also breakfast available for a fee, but we went to the cafe and bakery located in the ground floor.

The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable but on par with many Korean hotels I've been to.

water park and spa right in the center of the hotel. beautiful views from the rooftop, pool and quick access to the beach and restaurants

water park was a bit outdated and some slides were closed.

Hidden costs, not worth the money I paid.

The room was very spacious and had a great view.

Hidden cost. It said nothing in the booking about paying extra to use the pool but was told it was an extra 40,000 krw per guest to use the pool. The room was clean however there was a constant dirty pile of towels left outside our hotel room door for the three days we stayed there.

wasn’t clean at all i could not use the towels cus one of them was dirty.

Room was big enough and clean. Faculties were slightly more expensive to use than expected.

Breakfast was fair. Fruits and bread were nice. Portions given were okay.

The soup and sausages could have been better. Bacon was average.

Excellent location, especially if you have a sea view room. Lobby undergoing upgrades and whilst they don’t mention it when making a booking, the rooms have been nicely renovated.

Beds are very firm. To access the pool deck you must pay an additional fee of 60,000krw and you can only use it once during your stay.

Location great, female staff very helpful

Buffet breakfast when Covid restrictions came in was limited, especialy vege and childrens option. Cheaper rooms 1 no view 1 into bathrooms. Also garbage smell. Pool and waterpark not seperate and fees high for not great looking park, so didn't use. Soundproof. No.

Great location close to Gwangalli Beach, bars and restaurants. Comfortable bedding. Decent sized rooms.

Passable

Location. Although breakfast wasn't buffet as advertised, it was tasty and sufficient.

No hot water. Design of Bathroom was problematic. Water and flooding everywhere. Everything was wet. Very unpleasant. Disappointed about the Waterpark too. It was closed.

Weekend Trip to Busan

The hotel is situated in a safe location. The hotel staff was friendly!

The hallways outside of the guest rooms smelled like a dirty bathroom. It wasn’t too horrible, but cigarette smoke came in through the vent in the bathroom. If you sleep on your back, the bed will be okay. If you sleep on your side, you’ll probably be stiff. The room was a bit claustrophobic because you couldn’t see outside at all. There was a small window, but it was covered with paper. If you want to spend your trip relaxing in your hotel, I’d book somewhere else. It’s okay for dropping your stuff off and heading out for the day, but you can find cheaper accommodations for that purpose.
