Very specious room.
The refrigerator and coocking facilities.
The futon beds.
The balcony balustrades need maintenance.
The bathrooms need some updates, not always hot water.

The location was perfect and the room we stayed in was just across from the ski facilities where you can hire everything you need and just walk out to the ski lift and get started. The room was warm which was perfect as the weather was between -20c and -10c outside. There was plenty of places to choose from for food and a convenience store right downstairs.
We went with the ondol room which had the mattresses on the floor. I've slept on floor bedding in plenty of other locations including camping and this was probably the most uncomfortable floor mattress I've ever used. Mattress was the equivalent of a mattress topper you'd pop on a bed. My partner ended up sleeping on the lounge because his back couldn't take the floor. I'd recommend here but book rooms that have beds.

Breakfast was excellent, although the breakfast hall was almost over full. Location was good. The room was spacious, and the kitchenette was good.
I specifically requested a double bed and an extra single bed when making the booking, only to be informed that none were available when checking in and that only "floor beds", I.e: futons placed straight on the floor were available. Seriously unimpressed with this.
