Great location businesslike hotel

Right beside the main train station and where the tour buses start and finish.That saves time and uncertainty about where to meet up. It supplies a Korean breakfast with about a hundred guests in attendance: my partner loved it ,me not so much.Staff very patient and helpful sorting a problem which was my error.

The lift takes a while to arrive so don’t cut it fine for the train.

Great stay at Toyoko and conveniently located near Busan station, which is a nice place to be at as there are many modes of transport that's located there. Breakfast was solid.

Almost everthing is good, except checking in/out times.

Location is excellent for train, metro and bus. Facilities are cleaned and well set up. Breakfast is free, tasty and generous.

The check in & out times are quite extreme. Check in after 4pm and check out before 10am.

Good 8 nights stay

Great place to have direct access to Busan Station for train and also to subway line 1. A lot of restaurants, coffee shops and facilities around.

The bathroom is quite unusual to use ... I mean the same pipe system to take shower or to brush your teeth only with a switch system to do so... I am not accustomed to that and no explanation given. (The explanation on system was pretty erased).

Excellent location, great breakfast, good size for the room but the elevators are packed.

The hotel is very close to Busan Station and Busan Metro Line 1

The elevators were always packed during peak hours.

Great for solo travelers

Overall good value for this money, perfect for solo travelers. The bed was comfortable and wide enough, the bathtub is very deep, room was clean. I actually loved that if you don't want your room cleaned they just put fresh towels and water at the door. Great location: right at the Busan station (train, subway), close to tourist and shopping areas. There is also a water dispenser in the lobby, so you can save both money and plastic. I didn't deal with the staff much, but seemed quite pleasant. Receptionist was helpful and gave me all necessary instructions.

Check-in and check-out time (4 pm and 10 am respectively), although there is an option to pay by hour. Breakfast might be disappointing, but if you just need fuel for the day, it's alright, although I wouldn't have it three days in a row. Restaurant in the morning was extremely crowded (probably because I traveled during Chuseok). Toilet is tiny (economy single room). I'm a bigger person on average and it was really uncomfortable using it.
