The hotel is extremely well located. Everything was easy, I love the on-demand housekeeping, it makes me feel more at ease. Breakfast was good and shower was good too.
My one problem was with the mattress, a bit too firm for me, but I actually got used to it quickly. The guests on my floor weren’t the most quiet either, but that’s nothing to do with the hotel.

The location, the food was VERY GOOD !!
No A.C. in the room, no mini fridge, no water to drink, the towels had a very poor quality .....

The location was great, just beside the metro and I think that is the reason they charge so much.
The price which is quite high and did not include breakfast. And the breakfast, for 31 reais should be a little bit better. Also, the room was very small for a couple and a child, though we spend most of the time outside.
