The food in the restaurant was superb & the staff were great.
The rooms were spacious & clean.
The spa treatment was excellent.
Some of the staff ( not in the restaurant, spa or gardeners) were blatantly staring at my wife & daughter in their swimming costumes. It was disgusting. If you're going to call yourself a Resort & have a swimming pool please can you train your male staff not to make female paying customers feel so uncomfortable. This really ruined our stay.
Also nothing worked in tha games room, no darts, no pool cues & no carom pieces.. really poor

Architecture overall design.
Tired decor, dirty in places especially spa, changing rooms, around the pool, the room patio doors and bathroom etc.
