Very nicely kept rooms in an older house in the suburbs, mine with a small kitchen. There are shops nearby and it’s about 10 minutes walk to the bus station, 20 into the tourist area. The host is delightful.
There are no eating options in the area, so you must walk into the centre.

The apartment is clean and in a good area for a nice price. It’s 15-18 min walk from the lake. I liked that it wasn’t in a busy area and the surrounding was quiet.
The owner is a very friendly person.

Compact studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay, private entrance, outdoor area, private bathroom, kitchen, fridge, cooking facilities and heating. About 15 minutes walk to the bus station and the Mall next door to it.
Super friendly host who even got up at 3am to welcome me from my late flight.
It's about a 25 minute walk to the old town, not a problem if you don't mind a walk. And you can stop at Wake & Bake for a coffee and croissant on the way 😁

Fine for a night or two if you do not plan on staying inside too long.
No air conditioning so is very hot, more like a hostel than a villa. Far away from the city centre, small (shared) kitchen and the top floor is also sharing a bathroom.
