It was old charming vila with high ceilings surrounded by green garden with parking. It was like quiet island in rush Napoli area.
All the digital application and tax payment system was easy, but unpersonal. I received too many emails as announcements about how-to-login. I would love to have rather personal contact with somebody.

I was looking for the most beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius with a private terrace, and I finally found it!
We spent two wonderful days in a spotless, cozy room, enjoying breathtaking sunsets over Vesuvius from our own private terrace while sipping a glass of wine. It was truly unforgettable.
The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable even during the extreme summer heat, so we slept very well.
The room had everything we needed: a small kitchenette, dishes, a TV, a microwave, fresh bed linen, and towels.
We were absolutely delighted with our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!
The only small inconvenience was that the bathroom wasn’t inside the room but just next door, which is understandable since this is a villa rather than a hotel. However, it was completely private and could only be accessed with our own key. As a pleasant surprise, it even had its own exit to the terrace, which made it feel even more special! 😱😃

The room itself was extremely comfortable and had a lot of charm to it.
The location of the property is pretty far removed from most restaurants or other amenities. However, you can walk to the train station. This is what I would recommend rather than trying food delivery services. Also, the shower severely flooded on the first night. If you shower and notice the water rising, reduce the shower pressure to a smaller amount and you will be fine.
