I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an ensuite, and it turned out to be a delightful discovery. I hadn’t realized how much consequential that could be. The additional comfort and convenience made a noticeable difference, well worth that level for those who can afford it. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options and changed regularly, adding a nice touch of culinary memories throughout my stay.
There was a misunderstanding regarding my car ride. I arrived at the airport only to find that it hadn’t been arranged. It turned out that the staff believed I had declined the service, while I had assumed it was booked and confirmed. Since I had specifically requested the ride in advance as an overseas traveler, another brief follow-up message from the hotel to confirm my choice would have easily prevented the mix-up. POSITIVE: The staff truly went the extra mile by upgrading my room to make up for the inconvenience. This pleasant surprise allowed me to discover that the hotel’s amenities offered much more than I had imagined!
