Beautiful, spacious villa with all the facilities you could need. Aircon is great throughout the villa and the pool was just so refreshing especially in the heat. The villa is a short 5 min walk to a bus which takes you into the city (approx 20mins). Jose was very responsive and attentive
Very minor issues, such as blunt kitchen knives and lots of ants but this did not impact the stay at all :)

The pool and garden were the highlight of the entire trip. My kids and I absolutely loved it!! The location of Mercadona was ideal too. Everything that we needed was just a short distance away! Also, José was a fantastic host. Always quick to sort out any issue and checking to make sure everything was in order! Would definitely stay again!!
Nothing. Everything was fantastic. Could have been a little cooler weather wise but I guess that comes with not being used to over 40c weather everyday!! 😆 But, all in all, everything was superb and Sevilla is an amazing city so do go check it out!!

Tranquil setting, decoration, and swimming pool were particular highlights. Owner and cleaner were very friendly and attentive. Villa was genuinely beautiful and well decorated. Lots of plants and trees (fruit also!), and nature surrounding the villa and its gardens.
Only a minor thing, but some rooms (particularly our bedroom) were quite dusty and did smell a little old and musky. However all rooms were obviously clean. Also our bed was a little squeaky and the mattress slightly uncomfortable, however this did not detract from the experience as we were so tired at the end of each day we didn't mind or notice.

The place is located 15 minutes from Sevilla Center Town by car and near supermarket (you can park in the street)
The house is clean and well equipped.
Jose was always available for any question.
The air conditonner is not available in all the bedroom, it might be upset during hot night. (But there is fan at least in all the room)
