The location was great, next to a casino, Parque de Las Ciencias, Walmart, Plaza del Sol Shopping Mall, and many restaurants close by. Parking is a multi-floor parking with elevators. The breakfast was good.
We booked that hotel for the laundry room because my mom was at the hospital and I had to wash her clothes and blankets, and our clothes too, but the machines were down during the whole seven days that we were there, which was very inconvenient for us. I didn't use the pool, but it looked small.

The location was excellent.
The service was not at the expected level. We arrived around 9:00 pm, and were the only there and lady who was in the front desk, looked but continued working with some papers. After few minute a second person arrived and attended us. Slow check-in process.

Excellent service, amazing breakfast and the amenities were excellent too!
The air conditioner in the room was not working properly and the room temperature was quite hot. Even though the staff were kind and move us to another room.
