Tutto fantastico, la stanza bellissima ed in una zona strategica...praticamente a due passi dal centro. Alessandro, gentilissimo, ci ha consigliato dove cenare e dove far colazione... Che ve lo dico a fa'!

Posizione eccellente, vicinissima alla Porta Reale, host presente e pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, comodi self check-in e check-out. Camera accogliente e confortevole, perfetta per un breve soggiorno a Noto. Discreta possibilità di trovare parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze (in alternativa c'è la possibilità di utilizzare il parcheggio a pagamento a 50 metri dalla struttura). Soddisfatti della scelta fatta.

The room was functional and clean.
The staff was helpful when I decided to cancel my second night due their inability to process payment with a credit card.
The staff asked to be paid in cash instead of credit card. They offered no other solution than for me to get cash at a ATM. I decided to cancel my second night.
The AC did not work.
After I posted this review, the manager messaged me on WhatsApp to berate me about my « wicked» review and accused me of not knowing how to turn on the air conditioning. This very inappropriate and intrusive messaging really bothered me and I had to block him on WhatsApp.
