So clean and Karen is so friendly
Would have liked the heating on a bit earlier in the afternoon (but to say didn’t like is too strong - it’s just a comment)

Off road parking excellent and convenience for walking into Padstow
Shower facilities were rather cramped

The view was lovely, close to town.
The shower was very small but I believe Karen is sorting that and extending the bathroom. When this is done I would give it 10/10

Breakfast was first class on time and nothing was any trouble.A great start to the day.
