The view was lovely, close to town.

The shower was very small but I believe Karen is sorting that and extending the bathroom. When this is done I would give it 10/10

We enjoyed our 3 night stay, Karen made us feel very welcome. 10 Treverbyn rd is a lovely traditional B&B. Pristine modern interiors throughout. The Estuary view room was very comfortable with a wonderful view over to Rock and Porthilly. The parking at the back is a bonus. Breakfast was perfect for us; a delicious fruit salad, yoghurt, tea and toast providing a good start to the day.

The property is in an excellent location, a short walk from the centre of Padstow with the additional benefit of parking. Karen was the perfect host who has a vast knowledge of the local area. The house is lovely and clean.
