Clean and well run hotel, breakfast was excellent, my room was at the back and was very quiet with a comfortable bed. All the staff I interacted with were helpful and professional. Very close to train station and about 20 min walk to main bus Toblach bus stop.

This hotel is a perfect base for exploring Dolomites. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, with a lovely balcony offering a beautiful view and a wide windowsill where you could relax. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The breakfasts were delicious, even if we were at breakfast only once, because everyday we departed early, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that they prepared a takeaway breakfast for guests who needed to leave early. The room was cleaned every day, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus station, making it easy to travel around the region, and it's also within walking distance of Lake Dobbiaco. A huge bonus was the free public transport pass provided by the hotel—it was extremely useful during our trip. Also they have books with all buses schedules, which was very useful.
The hotel also has a sauna, although we didn't have the chance to use it. Overall, everything was excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel!

Very good location, close to skiing stadium. Nice, large room with great view. Restaurant was very good both for dinners as well as for breakfasts.

Wonderful staff, I was very well supported by the staff in planning the trip.
