Great place to stay. Close to a lot of great restaurants and grocery stores and tram station

The apartment was large and had a lot of restaurants around.

Kettle was not working and bedroom light was flickering

Microwave dirty and not working correctly (plate not revolving), host informed but no response, some slime on shower partition, key cards took many attempts to enter apartment, kitchen utensils minimal, very small cups, ok for espresso but not tea, some items on itinery not there such as kettle and iron, could do with extra pillows, balcony table could do with restaining

Long stay in Zurich below expectations

Staff helped us getting a new parking spot after ours was occupied by someone else

It’s summer in Zurich, it gets hot, specially in the last floor. No proper shading/black out in the rooms windows. Not much kitchen accessories for a long stay. Location is OK, but in a very specific zone of Zurich…
