Excellent location and a terrific budget choice
Needed to boil the kettle to have a shave but that really wasn’t a hardship

I loved the private bungalow. Very cute. Property was easily walkable to wat, shops and restaurants.
It was very dark once the curtains were pulled. I kept them pulled so the AC would work more efficiently.

Easy parking. We found all we need. Just for a stop over.
I would not stay longer. Area is not too attractive and the premises miss a certain charm. However keep in mind the reasonable price!

owner very helpful, perfect location, good wifi; you can see one of the temples from the dining area; bikes to rent
a little noisy but as others have noted it’s the club on the corner and it does quiet down
$$$$
