Very caring staff, go out of the way to accommodate you and make you feel at home.
Karina the receptionist particularly went out of the way to help and support me with everything I needed during my stay. Very polite, very helpful and caring and made me feel at home.
The location is also great and the spa is decent too.
the breakfast is not that great. it could be improved by incorporating more fresh fruit and salads and maybe more eggs options. but it was definitely adequate.

The breakfast was tasty and the bed was comfortable. The location was great. There was a free parking zone.
I didn’t like that the facilities that were advertised were not available. We wanted to use the pool, but we were told we need to book it in advance. Also, the reception lady asked me to cancel the Booking reservation and pay them directly, so they don’t pay any fees, which was quite shady.
