Nice big clean room with a big balcony. The location was very good but it wasn't noisy in the room at all.
The Aircon worked very well and the room had basic facilities (kettle, glasses, fridge).
The staff were friendly.
I would have liked to be able to pay my stay by card however this wasn't an option. Although it wasn't really too much of a problem as there are many cash points around the city.
The shower did not have much pressure.

It was a fun hotel, pretty quiet in its own courtyard though just round the corner from busy roads and streets of shops and places to eat. The location is great, we could walk to the river, find most things nearby. Great handmade noodle place on the corner. The young staff were absolutely lovely, ready to help with anything.we had a nice room with 2 windows looking over the town.
Water could have been hotter, but apart from that all great.

Great location in the heart of the city.
The room was spacious, clean, and had the necessary amenities (kettle and fridge). The bed was very comfortable, and even though the hotel is close to Pub Street, I was not bothered by any noise.
I had a room with a balcony, which had room for a table and chairs (not a tiny balcony with no furniture).
