The spaciousness, cleanliness and the view.
That the pool was not warm enough and we had to ask to have half of it open. I wish there was a jacuzzi or something on the terrace

Very helpful staff with exceptional service especially from the reaction staff upon check in . Lovely room , and wonderful breakfast the Herbert Samuel restaurant is also extremely good . . It’s not really a hotel for children which was fine as we were not traveling with any ! You are also able to
Park for free if staying in the hotel which we appreciated .
There is very limited lounge space & no outdoor sitting area except on the roof where tbe pool is .

The location was very good.
We specifically asked for 2 close rooms, however, the rooms were far from one another. We received an old room, with ripped curtains. The air conditioner didn’t work, and we spent the first hour waiting for the technician to fix it.
