Lo mejor del ático es su enorme terraza con vista directa al mont blank y la Aguille. Cuenta con hamacas, barbacoa y sillones chill out. El ático no tiene otros edificios delante, ya que hay una pradera de cesped y luego el rio, con lo que la tranquilidad es máxima y la vista inmejorable. El tamaño de la terraza se acerca al tamaño de todo el apartamento. También tiene un buen salón, cómodo y acogedor. Admiten perros. Fué fácil contactar con el administrador del apartamento. No está céntrico pero el tren queda cerca y te dejan una tarjeta cote d'hote que hace que el tren sea gratuíto. Si no fuera por el resto de las estancias, con esa magnífica terraza y salón le habría dado una puntuación de 10.
Tiene 2 dormidores, los dos de tamaño pequeño donde es difícil moverse. Uno de ellos está en un añadido al salón donde hace frio por la noche y calor durante el día. La cocina y el baño están un poco desfasados, destacando que los muebles de la cocina, vitrocerámica y lavavajillas tienen un deterioro evidente. La televisión casi no se puede ni utilizar porque el mando a distancia está roto y pretenden que la utilices con la botonadura de la propia televisión que está además en un lateral poco accesible, Aunque admiten mascotas y eso es un plus, la cantidad que cobran, 50 euros, me parece excesiva. Tampoco me pareció bien que me cobraran un depósito de 500 euros (no es práctica habitual en booking), aunque ya me lo han devuelto. No hay plaza reservada de parking: es gratis porque es en la calle al aire libre.

Spacious, cozy and clean. Amazing view to the montblanc and the terrace is beautiful. Just at the bus stop.

The view, the lay-out of the apartment and the ease for parking.
The place was very well heated and the beds were comfortable.
Washing machine ws also very convenient.
The kitchen is well equipped but the dishwasher needs repair. It works but it seems that the tray belong to an other dishwasher and is difficult to keep stable.

The outdoor terrace is super huge!! Kids love the space. The view of the mountains from the terrace is magnificent. Wifi is strong. The beds are comfy. Parking space is easy
The toilet door is translucent and was unable to lock. There's no privacy in the WC as you can view whoever is inside 🤣.
