The location.

An annoying noise which kept a lot of us awake. Even the staff had no idea where the noise was coming from.

Staff very pleasant and helpful, the room was spacious and clean with tea coffee , biscuits etc iron and ironing board, fan heater for the hot weather. Breakfast was plentiful and a very good selection of items, better than some hotels I’ve been to.

No actual wardrobe, just a rail with 5 hangers and no draws. No lift.

Close to the venue

Put in a stuffy small room, with a wooden spindle holding the window open. Extremely noisy this morning from 07:00 onwards
