Easy access. Restaurants available. Near Lyon airport. Excellent staff. Good value.
A little too warm. AC could not be adjusted. Bathroom had no grab bar in the shower for safety.

It’s a good location for a stop off on the way to the south of France and there is a secure car park

There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room and there is nothing around it nowhere to go and get food et cetera the restaurant was closed. The bar was very limited.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, about an 8-minute drive away, while the city centre can still be reached quite easily by tram in around 30 minutes. The tram stop is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The interior has been nicely refurbished, everything was very clean, and the air conditioning worked amazingly well during the heat wave. The Front Desk staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating and helpful. I also appreciated the little kiosk with cold drinks, especially in the heat. Breakfast was perfectly fine and had everything I needed to start the day. Merci!

Free parking, large variety of continental breakfast.
Our family trip was meant to be relaxing, but our hotel stay was anything but. We had to move a total of three times just to get a connecting room with a working door. While David at reception was excellent in helping us, the repeated moves were a frustrating start to our stay.
The problems continued with the room's cleanliness. We found lots of cobwebs in the corners of the room, which suggests the cleaning staff only cleans the main areas and not the corners. We had to specifically ask for the room to be properly cleaned.
To make matters worse, our peace was consistently broken by a manager who wore high heels that made a loud, grating noise on the tiled floor. When we approached the hotel staff about these issues, they showed no consideration. It was a very disappointing experience.
