Location, Location Location, I am old, otherwise I would like to use monorail. Station IMBI is very near. Room are spacious and clean, staff are courteous. Best value for money. Stayed there in a triple bed room for 3 and half day. Me, my wife nad son. If I go there I will surely stay there again.

Location just across Lalaport Shopping Mall, Berjaya Times Square and monorails station, the room is clean and comfortable
Parking space is not enough, have to look around and park behind the hotel

The room was fine, spacious and the location was convenient about 2mins walk to Berjaya TImes Square and Lalaport Mall.
We didnt chose breakfast option. Overall very satisfied
The don't clean the room everyday. Each time we have to tell them to clean the room properly.

Location. Accessible to mall for shopping and dine. Bellman is very attentive and helpful.
Reception should be more polite and courteous.Know what guest want and knowledge of hotel lingo. Housekeeping should check the amenities in the room. Replenish the items not wait until guest complaint.
