It is right on the ocean with a strong breeze that keeps you comfortable all the time. We had great views of the ocean, lots of privacy, and enjoyed using the sun beds as well. The kitchen is very well stocked (eg salad spinner, carrot peeler, potato masher). The owner is helpful, hospitable, accommodating, and responsive. We had a wifi problem in the evening and he had people come that night to fix it.
We did not miss having AC in the bedroom as the overhead fan keeps you cool but it would be nice to have a fan in the main room. A sharp kitchen knife is needed. The ocean was too rough to swim in but it is a short drive to really nice beaches. A car is needed.

The property was in a beautiful location, next to a beach with great waves for wind surfing (wouldnt recommend swimming). The bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful and kept the place clean and tidy.
There seemed to be a lot of mosquitos this time of year(March), I got bitten a lot, not sure how they were getting in, maybe something could be done to combat that more.

Cmpared to what else we have seen the complex was very well maintained, pleasant architecture. The room was spacious and. well furnished and generally pleasing stylewise.
the area is remote and in off-season it is very quiet. Apart from the surfer's bar (~400m), which was viby and good on weekends, it is dead quiet. Due to the algae cloud nfestation the beach was not really usable. We would encourage the Hotel to have a small terrace, bar for the guests, for drinks in the evenings.
