Didn't enjoy my stay. Was below expectation. It wasn't what I looked forward to. Not the way It was

Very bad experience. My story above can not fully explain the disappointment of flying many hours and multiple stops onl

The card used top open the door was not working and someone with a master key had to open the door for me to enter then leave with the master key. That meant that while I was fast asleep anyone with the master key would have access to my room . That did not sound save and secure to me. I spent less than 10 minutes in that room, I simply took my bags and left and the receptionist said they couldn’t refund my money. So I paid over N80,000 and didn’t even sit down in the room before I left. When I got to the car I decided to go back to the room to make sure I didn’t leave anything behind but the person with the master key was not nearby so I had to wait while they went looking for him. Please ask them to upgrade their service and make customers feel secure when they come there. Imagine paying over N80,000 to spend less than 10 minutes in the room and I got to the hotel almost 12 midnight. Had to go to protea hotel

The facility requires an upgrade. The bed should orthopaedic form. My waist has been paining me since I left the hotel. The bedding are and requires an upgrade. Same for the towels. Your customer service staff requires more on the job training on guest relations

They gave me a total different room from what I paid for, very tight room. While booking I got the rate in naira and upon reaching the hotel they charged me in USD, causing me to pay 74k instead of 45k

Decent place to stay in Lagos Mainland

The housekeeping was good. Rooms cleaned properly. Strong WiFi. Good location and close to the airport.

Limited choices in the breakfast buffet. Bacon is a big part of English breakfast, please get some. Packet juice is unhealthy. All natural juice is a healthier option. The morning staff at the restaurant could be a bit friendlier. No shower kit - shower cap, slippers, etc. Cost of room was more expensive at the point of paying. It was higher than the original booking cost on Booking.com

The breakfast was so basic, (no Fruits, instead of a very bad watermelon), The security agent wouldn’t allow a friend to access the parking area, The hotel don’t give any flexibility on check out hours, even in case of very late check in,

Rooms, food location is good but should improve on services and staff training.

Restaurant services are very poor, it takes 1 hour to prepare any dish ordered. The staff is not trained properly how to behave with customers. Should be polite. They were arguing with each other for posting restaurant bills to the room account and till then running after me to pay immediately by card as if I am going to run away without paying the restaurant bill. and were not ready to take order for next course till the bill was settled. They had some issues posting those bills to my room account. The asked me to pay more advance deposit to cover the next days restaurant bills till check out so then only they can post the bills to room.

Terrible experience in this hotel. Never ever again here!

I like the location. Close to the shops I need to visit.

Disrespectful staff. Staff gives the impression that they hate their jobs Room was too small. Dirty, broken furniture, can’t see outside from an obscure window. Unhygienic accommodation. Terrible!

Very good breakfast. Add more variety to the menu.

The inflexibility of the front desk staff in accommodating guests who needed to stay few more hours before leaving for the airport.
